What you'll do

• Manage low-voltage, structured cabling, and security integration projects from award through closeout
• build customer relationships across the Missoula market
• support sales, estimating, and business development
• coordinate field teams, operations, and service departments
• lead project teams and field personnel
• identify new opportunities
• help develop operational processes
• represent the company with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and industry partners
• contribute to the Missoula office’s growth strategy.
