What you'll do

• Perform audit procedures on client financial statement accounts and propose adjusting journal entries when needed
• review transactions for appropriate GAAP application
• prepare financial statement footnotes and internal control observations and recommendations
• research accounting and tax issues
• advise clients on tax research, planning, compliance, consulting, and business transaction structuring
• discuss tax accounting matters with client personnel
• assess accounting processes, internal controls, and regulatory compliance
• meet client service expectations and engagement time budgets
• follow firm policies and professional standards.
