What you'll do

• Conduct hearing screens on applicable newborn patients
• follow patient identification and result-labeling procedures
• maintain records and logs
• document results in patient charts
• maintain screening equipment and report malfunctions
• track supplies
• follow infection prevention, safety, quality assurance, and HIPAA requirements
• and communicate with medical staff.
