The Customs Entries and Shipping Logistics Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Bensenville, IL, in the Chicago area, with a Monday–Friday schedule of approximately 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Pay is $60,000–$65,000 per year. The representative processes customs documentation and entries, coordinates with clients and logistics partners, and helps ensure import shipments clear customs on time and in compliance. Accurate records, billing, and communication support dependable shipment handling and client service.

What you'll do

• Prepare and process customs entries and bonds for air, ocean, and some cross-border shipments
• complete regulatory documentation and customs clearances
• maintain client HTS databases
• distribute shipment documents
• review client billing
• apply Incoterms and commercial invoice requirements
• coordinate with logistics vendors
• prepare reports
• provide professional customer service.
