Sushi Chef II

The Sushi Chef II role is onsite in Elk Grove, CA. Compensation is $19–$21 per hour. Hana Group’s sushi kiosk operation serves customers with prepared sushi dishes. What you'll do

• Cut, slice, and fillet fish and vegetables
• prepare sushi rice and dishes according to company guidelines
• inspect ingredient quality and report substandard items
• control food waste and costs
• maintain a clean work environment
• report equipment problems
• sterilize utensils and equipment before use
• greet and communicate with customers.
