Job overview

The Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) role is onsite in East Windsor, NJ. Compensation is $18–$22 per hour. The aide provides person-centered care in clients’ homes for Attend Home Care. The role helps clients with daily living, mobility, meals, and comfort while supporting safety, independence, and dignity. The aide follows individualized care plans, documents care, and communicates changes in client condition to the care team.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• support mobility, transfers, repositioning, and safe ambulation
• prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed
• perform light housekeeping
• monitor and report changes in condition, behavior, or living environment
• provide companionship and emotional support
• follow care plans and agency policies
• document care
• provide medication reminders when permitted by policy and care plan
• maintain confidentiality.
