What you'll do

• Represent clients in civil litigation involving creditors’ rights, collections, and related disputes
• manage a high-volume caseload
• draft complaints, motions, briefs, discovery documents, pleadings, and other filings
• appear in municipal, state, and federal courts
• handle discovery, settlement negotiations, hearings, trial preparation, and appellate matters
• advise clients on strategy, risks, rights, and obligations
• oversee legal assistants and paralegals
• maintain case records and meet deadlines.
