What you'll do

• Lead and develop property managers and building engineers
• oversee preventive maintenance and work orders
• manage assigned properties and oversee team portfolios
• conduct inspections and audits
• direct capital projects
• oversee lease administration
• manage budgets, forecasts, and property financial performance
• analyze KPIs
• oversee expense reconciliations and tenant billings
• liaise with tenants, owners, investors, and asset managers
• ensure regulatory compliance and emergency preparedness.
