The role contributes to consistent food quality, safe operations, and a welcoming customer experience during late-night service.

What you'll do

• Take customer orders and prepare short-preparation items
• complete orders from steam tables and serve at multiple stations
• follow service and ticket-collection procedures
• use approved recipes and portion standards
• maintain food temperatures and presentation
• store food safely
• clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
• address customer concerns and report relevant information
• attend in-service and safety meetings.
