What you'll do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for one or more BTS functions
• source and screen candidates and present diverse candidate slates
• maintain applicant tracking records and recruiting metrics
• advise hiring teams and partner with leaders
• prepare and negotiate offers
• report hiring metrics and market trends
• ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• coordinate sourcing and recruitment projects with Talent Acquisition and HR partners.
