What you'll do

• Service customers and develop sales in a designated territory
• establish new accounts and call on prospective customers
• recommend products, explain application instructions, and quote pricing for coatings
• place customer orders and follow up on completion
• coordinate with the Store Manager and store employees
• maintain customer contact and identify opportunities
• investigate and resolve complaints
• complete internal reporting
• communicate account progress to regional sales management
• build relationships with internal and external partners.
