What you'll do

• Supervise, coach, and train warehouse associates and beneficiaries
• evaluate performance and set goals
• oversee production department performance
• ensure merchandise is priced according to policy and quality-controlled for stores
• secure jewelry and other high-value items
• maintain warehouse supplies and equipment
• keep the work area organized
• follow ARC and government safety requirements.
