What you'll do

• Analyze the store’s profit and loss and plan to meet cost goals
• write weekly staff schedules
• direct, supervise, mentor, train, and evaluate staff
• maintain food safety and menu knowledge
• prepare catering orders with the team
• support restaurant stations as needed
• order products, supplies, and produce
• screen, interview, and onboard hourly employees
• handle cash and payments
• serve guests
• maintain health department standards and proper food handling, storage, hygiene, and alcohol-handling procedures.
