Test Manager

Job overview

The Test Manager role is onsite five days a week in Palm Beach, FL. Compensation is $50–$55 per hour. The role focuses on test strategy and planning for large enterprise application upgrade projects.

What you'll do

• Define testing strategy, governance, plans, schedules, resource plans, quality objectives, and release criteria
• manage functional, integration, system, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing
• monitor coverage and execution
• coordinate defect triage and resolution
• lead and mentor QA and test staff
• report status, risks, metrics, and release readiness
• establish quality processes and dashboards
• and drive automation, CI/CD integration, and shift-left testing.
