The Superintendent – Affordable Housing / Multifamily Construction role is onsite in Walnut Creek, CA, with travel to project sites throughout Northern California as needed. Base salary is $135,000–$190,000 per year. Novin Construction delivers affordable, multifamily, supportive, modular, rehabilitation, and mixed-use housing projects. The superintendent leads field execution from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating safety, quality, schedule, logistics, subcontractors, inspections, and project documentation to deliver construction projects successfully.

What you'll do

• Manage jobsite safety, quality, and schedule from preconstruction through closeout
• coordinate site setup, logistics, access, deliveries, staging, and field activities
• supervise subcontractor production and schedule compliance
• conduct jobsite walks, meetings, audits, and reports
• coordinate inspections and utilities
• review construction documents
• maintain jobsite records
• support quality assurance, punch lists, occupancy, warranty turnover, and closeout
• mentor field team members.
