The Dishwasher and Prep Cook role is onsite in New York, NY. Compensation is $17–$18 per hour depending on experience, plus $2–$3 per hour in tips. What you'll do

• Wash dishes and pots by machine or hand
• maintain clean dishwashing and prep workstations
• stock cleaning supplies and dishes
• sort and remove trash
• support daily cleaning tasks
• gain exposure to kitchen stations including garde manger, grill, roast, market line, and prep
• follow food safety standards and help maintain the restaurant’s health grade.
