The technician leads troubleshooting and AOG recovery support, advises on maintenance decisions, coordinates upgrades and vendors, and supports documentation and FAA compliance.

What you'll do

• Monitor fleet avionics discrepancies and reliability trends
• lead root-cause corrective actions and consistent troubleshooting standards
• provide technical guidance during AOG events
• advise on deferred discrepancies, MEL decisions, and dispatch impacts
• coordinate upgrades, modifications, OEMs, and vendors
• support maintenance and operations coordination, documentation, and FAA compliance.
