What you'll do

• Work with leadership to understand digital messaging needs and deliver against product vision
• define and prioritize the product backlog
• ensure customer-driven design informed by user pain points, market needs, and usability testing
• write business requirements, use cases, and user stories
• coordinate development with technical teams, partners, and vendors
• work with legal and compliance
• conduct user acceptance testing
• communicate project status
• support sprint and release plans
• participate in retrospectives, planning, stand-ups, backlog prioritization, and demos
• investigate production issues
• develop awareness and engagement plans
• provide management updates.
