Scale Field Service Technician

Job overview

The Scale Field Service Technician role is based onsite in Brookfield, WI, with mobile service visits to customer locations throughout the Milwaukee area and surrounding region. Pay is $25–$32 per hour. UniFide CST provides weighing systems, thermal printing equipment, and data collection software, with technical services supporting customers’ equipment and operational needs. The technician installs, inspects, calibrates, troubleshoots, and repairs weighing equipment, while documenting service and maintaining customer relationships. The work helps customers keep weighing systems accurate and operational.

What you'll do

• Install and service retail, industrial, and heavy-capacity scales and weighing systems
• troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment
• perform preventive maintenance and calibrations
• inspect and test equipment for accuracy
• complete service documentation and customer reports
• load and unload tools, equipment, and calibration weights
• travel to customer locations throughout the region
• provide customer service.
