Maintenance Supervisor

What you'll do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration equipment
• lead preventive maintenance
• supervise and mentor maintenance staff
• enforce OSHA, HACCP, USDA, and company safety requirements
• support production during breakdowns
• manage spare-parts inventory
• maintain records and identify process improvements.
