Staff Accountant

Job overview

The Staff Accountant role is hybrid in Chaska, MN, with three required in-office days each week, Tuesday through Thursday; the stated salary range is $70,000–$75,000 per year. IMRIS Imaging develops integrated intraoperative MRI surgical environments intended to support clinical decision-making and surgical precision. The accountant records financial information accurately in the general ledger and supports the Controller and finance team. The role contributes to timely close processes, reconciliations, audits, tax filings, and financial reporting.

What you'll do

• Support month-end close, bank and account reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and fixed assets
• prepare expense analysis and sub-ledger reconciliations
• prepare external audit documentation
• support foreign entity audits and tax filings
• prepare sales reports and assist with sales and use tax returns
• file company annual reports and federal census reports.
