What you'll do

• Administer influenza vaccinations
• conduct biometric screenings and basic health assessments
• review employee health information and document results
• educate employees about vaccination and preventive wellness
• maintain confidential records in accordance with HIPAA and applicable regulations
• follow infection prevention and vaccine handling procedures
• monitor for adverse reactions
• support employee wellness initiatives and other occupational health services.
