What you'll do
- Coordinate, assign, and facilitate loan closings and fundings
- review loan packages for compliance, accuracy, and completeness
- identify and resolve closing issues before execution and disbursement
- coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, credit teams, customers, attorneys, and title companies
- prepare loan documentation using LaserPro or attorney-prepared documents
- verify executed documents
- authorize funding and finalize disbursement and boarding instructions
- prepare lending reports as needed.
