What you'll do

• Handle level-one incidents, requests, and alerts
• support hardware and software onsite, at plant locations, or remotely
• replace, configure, and deploy devices
• perform desktop and laptop security and vulnerability patching
• investigate recurring incidents
• contribute to projects, knowledge base articles, training feedback, and service metrics
• provide level-one support across server, host, voice, data, automation, security, storage, cloud, and domain systems
• participate in the after-hours call rotation.
