QC Analytical Chemist – Night Shift

The QC Analytical Chemist – Night Shift works onsite in Albany, NY, on a rotating 6 p.m.–6 a.m. schedule. Compensation is $24.25–$31.25 per hour. Eurofins provides analytical testing services, including pharmaceutical testing intended to support product quality and safety. The chemist performs and reviews GMP testing of pharmaceutical materials and samples, supports investigations and method-transfer work, and maintains reference standards. The role contributes to reliable quality-control results under approved methods, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Conduct and review testing under approved methods, specifications, protocols, and compendial requirements
• follow GMP regulations and applicable ICH guidelines
• test pharmaceutical in-process, raw material, intermediate, API, and stability samples
• participate in method transfer, qualification, and verification
• support OOS, OOT, and invalid-result investigations
• use analytical techniques including NMR, GC, LC, ICP-OES, IR, RI, UV-Vis, conductivity, specific rotation, titration, and TGA
• manage reference standards
• test elemental impurities and residual solvents.
