What you'll do

• Meet weekly and monthly targets for lead generation, new memberships, ACH attachment, and CrunchOne Kickoff bookings
• develop lead-generation programs through networking and street-team marketing
• conduct tours and respond to telephone inquiries
• attend events and identify community exposure opportunities
• provide customer service
• represent Crunch Fitness
• execute front-desk systems for check-in, guest registration, retail purchases, delinquent accounts, telephone inquiries, and member requests.
