What you'll do

• Inspect MEP infrastructure construction and monitor progress, workmanship, materials, and contractor compliance
• review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, schedules, and testing reports
• document observations, deficiencies, punch-list items, and corrective actions
• coordinate with project managers, contractors, engineers, consultants, testing laboratories, and stakeholders
• verify corrective actions
• monitor quality, safety, and environmental requirements
• participate in project and safety meetings
• support testing, commissioning, turnover, and closeout
• maintain inspection records.
