What you'll do

• Oversee banking center operations and compliance
• develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for deposits, loans, and partner referrals
• conduct outside sales calls and business development
• market business and consumer banking services
• ensure service standards
• open accounts and process loan applications
• resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• coach and train staff through meetings, huddles, and regular conversations
• guide bankers in relationship-building and sales practices.
