What you'll do

• Review loan system maintenance reports and related general ledger accounts
• reconcile loan and escrow accounts
• interpret loan documents and validate booking packages
• board new loans and maintain existing loan records
• process payments, advances, payoffs, fees, and other transactions
• set up and maintain escrow accounts and disbursements
• research customer inquiries and written requests
• gather information for audits and compliance reviews
• coordinate insurance renewals and document filing
• comply with applicable regulations and bank policies.
