The Manager, Pricing Strategy and Analytics role is based onsite in Irvine, CA. The annual salary range is $130,000–$140,000. The role reports to the Senior Director of Pricing Strategy and supports Revelyst’s pricing and analytics work across its brands and commercial channels. The manager owns seasonal list-price processes, sales-program and gross-to-net analysis, and pricing performance tracking. By building analytical tools and translating pricing, elasticity, and margin data into recommendations, the role helps brand and commercial leaders make informed decisions and monitor business outcomes.

What you'll do

• Run seasonal list-price cycles, classify SKUs by elasticity and margin, model price and sales-program scenarios, track realized price, volume, and margin, and partner with regional and international commercial teams.
• Build and operate Power BI revenue-growth-management analytics, maintain pricing semantic models and DAX measures, estimate price elasticity, analyze sell-in and sell-out data, support pricing decisions for existing and new products, prepare key-account analyses, and contribute to pricing governance and playbooks.
