Brake Press Operator, Second Shift

The Brake Press Operator role is onsite in Hiram, GA, on second shift; compensation is $24 per hour. Match Staffing is recruiting for a client described as an industry leader and excellent employer in the Hiram area. The operator uses a press brake to form sheet metal and metal plate into tools, equipment, and components. The role prepares and adjusts machinery, aligns and measures materials, checks finished work against specifications, and performs routine equipment maintenance.

What you'll do

• Operate a press brake to manufacture tools, equipment, and components
• prepare, set up, and adjust the machine according to product plans and production schedules
• manipulate metal into specified shapes
• ensure raw materials are available
• measure and align materials
• inspect finished products for quality and specification compliance
• perform routine press brake maintenance.
