What you'll do

• Look out for individual and team safety
• contribute ideas and solutions through problem-solving and continuous-improvement projects
• raise concerns and help resolve problems
• follow standard operating procedures and identify irregularities
• report ready at the start of shift and work overtime as needed
• communicate with the team to maintain workflow
• support customer quality
• work at different stations and learn processes through training. Training must occur on first shift
• second shift is Monday–Thursday, 2:30 p.m.–1:00 a.m.

Why this role
