What you'll do

• Assist customers with payment systems, machine selection and operation, retail purchases, and wash/dry/fold orders
• respond to customer questions and concerns
• follow security and safety procedures
• maintain store cleanliness and document cleaning routines
• report building and equipment maintenance issues
• maintain retail product presentation and process sales
• complete laundry orders with appropriate equipment and accurate logs
• follow company policies and procedures.
