Residential Women’s Coordinator and Supervisor

Compensation is $16–$18 per year. The Residential Women’s Coordinator and Supervisor role is an onsite, full-time position in Jeffersonville, IN. Family Ark’s residential treatment program provides specialized programming and support for pregnant and parenting women. The coordinator combines participant support with operational leadership, supervising recovery support staff and coordinating services with clinical, medical, and residential teams. The role helps maintain a safe, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented environment and supports participant engagement and treatment completion.

What you'll do

• Coordinate women’s programming and services
• collaborate with clinical, medical, recovery support, and residential staff
• support grant activities
• oversee daily program operations and policy implementation
• assist staff with participant needs and crises
• coordinate shift communication
• supervise participants during activities and appointments
• facilitate educational groups
• coach and advocate for participants
• monitor staff performance
• and review program financial statements.
