What you'll do

• Supervise Medical Assistants
• manage schedules, performance oversight, audits, orientation, training, and competency compliance
• provide operational and clinical support
• provide direct patient care for at least two clinical sessions weekly
• perform Registered Nurse duties
• collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team
• document services in the electronic health record
• and support program changes, performance improvement, and clinical and regulatory standards.
