What you'll do

• Support dispensary operations and compliance with security, inventory, and local and state regulations
• monitor inventory and verify deliveries and transfers
• help lead promotions and cash handling
• participate in Leader On Duty shifts
• support in-store, drive-through, curbside, and delivery experiences
• assist with hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and team scheduling.
