What you'll do

• Operate, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain utilities equipment
• monitor and improve utility-system reliability
• complete work orders, preventive maintenance, rebuilds, replacements, adjustments, and documentation
• coordinate contractor work
• modify or fabricate equipment to improve performance
• maintain safety and housekeeping
• collaborate on process quality
• follow food safety, sanitation, hygiene, and GMP requirements.
