What you'll do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned MDU properties to meet revenue and penetration targets
• serve as primary relationship owner for property managers, developers, and ownership groups
• develop account plans to increase resident adoption and reduce churn
• identify upsell opportunities including bulk agreements, renewals, and service expansions
• conduct business reviews
• oversee contract renewals and coordinate negotiation support
• represent Ezee Fiber at HOA/POA meetings, resident events, and property engagements
• coordinate new-property onboarding with Construction, Engineering, and Operations
• collaborate with Marketing on demand generation and resident engagement
• coordinate service issue resolution and escalations
• monitor KPIs and maintain CRM records, pipeline updates, forecasts, and account reporting.
