What you'll do

• Clean and restore vacated apartments
• maintain facilities and grounds
• change bulbs and locks
• assist with appliance installation, painting, caulking, and drywall repairs
• inspect vacant and completed units
• prepare quality-control lists
• assist with minor electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, and appliance repairs
• remove trash and belongings from vacant units.
