The Caregiver role is onsite in Petaluma, CA, at one of the company’s residential care facilities. Pay is $19–$25 per hour. Community Caregivers of Sonoma operates licensed residential facilities specializing in dementia, Parkinson’s, and hospice care. This caregiver supports a small group of residents by assisting with daily living activities, medication management, and social engagement while following a Positive Approach to Care. The work contributes to residents’ dignity and well-being in a compassionate residential setting.
