The Infrastructure Administrator role is onsite in Fargo, ND. Compensation is not specified. Network Center, Inc. is a managed service provider supporting more than 600 customers across the Midwest and is 100% employee-owned. The administrator maintains and improves customer infrastructure across servers, networks, cloud platforms, Microsoft technologies, and security. The role contributes to customer reliability and service by troubleshooting, implementing upgrades and projects, documenting work, and communicating clearly with customers and internal teams.

What you'll do

• Manage, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve customer server, network, cloud, and Microsoft infrastructure
• support and implement Windows Server, Hyper-V or VMware, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID environments
• configure and troubleshoot networking, firewalls, switching, routing, VPNs, and wireless infrastructure
• help manage backup, disaster recovery, security, performance, and availability
• participate in upgrades, migrations, deployments, and customer projects
• document work and communicate with customers and internal teams.
