Entry-Level Restoration Technician

The Entry-Level Restoration Technician role is an onsite position in Rome, GA, paying $16–$23 per hour. ServiceMaster Restoration by Team Twins helps homes and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and storm damage. The technician supports restoration projects through cleanup, demolition, equipment setup, and customer property care. The role contributes to restoring damaged properties while documenting progress, following safety procedures, and assisting lead technicians and crew chiefs; no experience is required and paid training is provided.

What you'll do

• Assist with water, fire, smoke, and mold restoration
• perform demolition, debris removal, and job-site cleanup
• set up and monitor drying equipment
• remove damaged building materials
• pack, move, clean, and organize customer belongings
• follow safety procedures and use protective equipment
• document progress and communicate updates
• support lead technicians and crew chiefs.
