• Lead continuous improvement and process redesign, utilization, and quality initiatives

• oversee Quality, Care Coordination, Utilization Review, DME, Transport, Patient Benefits Coordinators, Purchased Referred Care, Patient Experience, Performance Improvement and Data Reporting, and Ambulatory Care
• collaborate with leadership on quality strategies and service integration
• oversee efforts to monitor and maintain regulatory, state, federal, and Joint Commission standards compliance.
