What you'll do
- Plan and schedule work to meet deadlines
- provide customer service to borrowers, agents, and staff
- collect insurance evidence and policy documents for expiring policies
- review renewal coverage and identify deficiencies
- update servicing records and electronic files
- prepare and track revision requests
- maintain reports and the team inbox
- audit new loan files
- participate in the intern project and meetings.
