What you'll do

• Provide leadership and support to nursing staff
• coordinate daily resident care
• collaborate with nursing leadership and the interdisciplinary team
• assist with admissions, discharges, assessments, and changes in resident conditions
• communicate with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare professionals
• monitor documentation, care plans, and nursing practices
• educate and mentor staff
• assist with direct resident care when needed.
