What you'll do

• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
• assess resident conditions and respond to health changes
• coordinate admissions, discharges, physician orders, and interdisciplinary care
• administer medications and treatments
• coach and educate LPNs, CNAs, and other team members
• ensure regulatory and infection-prevention compliance
• complete clinical documentation and participate in quality improvement.
