What you'll do

• Coordinate food-service employees
• oversee and participate in food and beverage preparation and service
• help plan menus
• supervise meal service and respond to customer complaints
• train employees and assign work
• prepare work schedules and reports
• handle cash according to policy
• order food and supplies from approved sources
• direct and participate in sanitation and safety
• maintain cleaning schedules
• help select and orient employees.
