What you'll do

• Serve guests and build meaningful connections
• complete opening and closing tasks
• take responsibility for the restaurant when a manager is not on duty
• give clear directions to the team
• maintain menu and product knowledge
• support stations, including the kitchen, as needed
• prepare food and complete side work
• follow cash-handling and payment procedures
• and maintain health, alcohol-handling, food-storage, hygiene, uniform, and appearance standards. Must be at least 21 and obtain a Food Manager’s certification shortly after beginning employment.
