The Delivery Programs Lead role is onsite in Tysons, VA, within the continental United States, and may require up to 25% travel. Compensation is $110,000 to $150,000 per year. Raft develops AI/ML and data solutions for U.S. military and government agencies, with work focused on distributed data systems, platforms, and complex application development. Reporting to the Vice President of Delivery and Product, this senior generalist supports program execution, contract management, business development, and operations across the delivery portfolio. The role connects engineering progress with customer and business needs, helping leadership track delivery health, manage risks, and make informed decisions.

What you'll do

• Support program execution, contract management, business development, and operations
• review contract actions, teaming agreements, pricing, and data rights details
• build relationships with Department of Defense customers and stakeholders
• track milestones, risks, dependencies, and staffing across programs
• contribute to proposals, capability briefs, white papers, and customer presentations
• coordinate with engineering teams on software progress and technical risks
• maintain program documentation and briefing materials
• assist with recruiting coordination, budget tracking, and reporting.
