What you'll do

• Plan, lead, and execute complex testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting projects on high-voltage systems, including substations. Supervise crews across concurrent sites
• investigate equipment failures and prepare findings
• serve as the client technical contact
• review junior technicians’ test data and reports
• mentor technicians
• and ensure compliance with NETA, NFPA 70E, and OSHA standards on assigned projects.
